Funny how a lot on here think he would be worthwhile as a squad player - when he is exactly the sort of signing that we should avoid.
That Chile team has been solid if unspectacular over the past 10 to 12 years but they remind me of the Romania team of the 90's - a couple of first class players without a doubt but the rest seem to perform at a higher level for the national side than the club they play for - Colombia are similar in that way too.
